The Infrastructure Support Division manages Systems Operations and Administration, as well as Citywide Network, E-mail, ISD Service Desk, PC and Telephone support.

This year we are focusing on the following initiatives:

  • Modernized Datacenter Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security Enhancement
  • Hybrid Cloud Data Protection
