The Glendale Police Department provides fingerprinting services to the general public at the Glendale Police Station located at 131 N. Isabel Street, Glendale.

Fingerprinting services are available by appointment only on Mondays from 12 to 3 p.m. and Tuesdays from 12 to 2 p.m. Call (818) 548-4818 for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Fees

• $20.00 per ink fingerprint card. (Fees subject to change without notice)
• Form FD-258 fingerprint card is provided.
• Cash only and exact change is required.

A valid driver’s license, state ID card or passport is required for identification purposes. We do not provide Live Scan services.

Free viewers are required for some of the attached documents.
