Sync Yoga and Cycle invites beginner and advanced cyclists to our Glendale Tech Week pop-up event, TECH RIDE. After a long day working in the field of business/technology, join instructor Hector Juarez for a 45 minute high-energy workout featuring remixes of Top 40 hits and the best in Latin music.

Limited spots are available on a first-come, first served basis; please reserve your bike in advance.
