The Glendale City Council and the Community Services & Parks Department (CSP) are happy to announce and invite you to the Grand Opening Ceremony of Glendale Narrows Riverwalk Phase II, scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, 2018, with a formal program beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by refreshments and an opportunity to enjoy all the new amenities of the park.
