Join us as we learn the history of the Glendale – HigashiOsaka sister city relationship and the birth of the Shoseian Tea House and Japanese Friendship Garden. We will see pictures from past events, discuss the relationship as it is right now, and make plans to revitalize the connection with our Sister City in the near future.
