Verdugo Mountains 10K – Sunday, May 3

Glendale, CA - Registration is now open for the Verdugo Mountains 10K presented by Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center to benefit the Glendale Parks & Open Space Foundation. The 5th Annual Verdugo Mountains 10K will take place on Sunday, May 3, 2015. The 6.2 miles and 1,735 foot elevation gain will make for one Sunday morning you will never forget! Race begins promptly at 8:00 am in beautiful Brand Park!

After the race, participants are invited to enjoy a free pancake breakfast sponsored by Massage Envy Spa in Glendale. There will also be a Race Expo, offering an opportunity for local health and fitness related businesses and nonprofits to exhibit their wares.

The Verdugo Mountains 10K is part of the Foothills Trail Challenge. Participants of the Verdugo Mountain 10K are encouraged to register for the Fountain to the Falls Run / Walk on Saturday, May 9, 2015 and the Mt. Wilson Trail Race on Saturday, May 23, 2015. Participants who complete all three will receive a bonus Foothills Trail Challenge tee shirt.
