Glendale Police Department Detectives Seeking Additional Victims

Glendale Police Department Detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating additional victims relating to an indecent exposure investigation.

On Saturday, October 31, 2015 at approximately 11:24 a.m., a male suspect exposed himself to a 35 year old female victim in the 1400 block of Columbia Drive in the City of Glendale.  The suspect was described as a male white in his 30’s, slim, 6’0, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, white socks,  black sandals and wearing black sunglasses.

Glendale officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect.

On November 9, 2015 at approximately 9:40 a.m., the Glendale Police Department received a second indecent exposure call in the area of Marion Drive and Oberlin Drive involving a 70 year old victim. A male matching the description of the suspect, identified as 38 year old Stephen Eric Fries of Glendale, was detained pending further investigation.

The 70 year old female victim positively identified Fries and he was placed under arrest for indecent exposure.

The Glendale Police Department is requesting that anyone with information that might lead to additional victims, are encouraged to call 818-548-4911.
