Glendale Police Department Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance to identify additional victims relating to a case involving the arrest of 18 year old Connor Chen of Burbank, California.

On January 28, 2016 at approximately 1:15 p.m., the Glendale Police Department was contacted by Macy’s Loss Prevention, located at the Glendale Galleria.  Chen was captured on video surveillance masturbating while following female employees.

Undercover Glendale Police Officers responded to the area and followed Chen to Dick’s Sporting Goods where officers observed Chen staring at an employee while masturbating.

Officers contacted Chen and placed him under arrest for conducting a lewd act in a public place.

Detectives are asking for the public's assistance to identify any possible additional victims.

On February 3, 2016, the case was presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office which resulted in the following filing charges:
