Glendale, CA – Brand Boulevard between Wilson and California Avenues will close to motorists from Saturday, September 16 at 5 a.m. to Sunday, September 17 at 1 a.m. to host the 2nd annual Open Arts & Music Festival.
This free, family-friendly event located in the heart of Glendale begins at 2 p.m. and features live music from a wide array of local bands. The festival, which ends at 10 p.m., also features a craft beer garden, arts market, public art, kids’ area, and community resources.
