The City of Glendale is Reimagining Public Transit.

In an effort to improve the public transit in the City, Glendale Beeline is asking the public for their feedback on what improvements they would like to see in the local bus system. Participants who take an online survey at GlendaleTRA.com can provide feedback on a variety of transit related topics including bus routes, schedules and desired bus stop locations and will have a chance to win a $100 gift card.

With a growing population and a continually evolving downtown urban core, Glendale has seen great changes in the past decade. Fluctuating student enrollment at local schools and a shift in the traditional work schedule has resulted in fewer people who work from 9-to-5. How and when people move around the City is changing. As a result, Glendale is reimagining the bus network to create customer-focused routes, faster and more reliable travel times, and less waiting at bus stops.

An improved bus system will benefit the community through time saved, lower expenses such as parking fees, fuel costs, and vehicle maintenance. Furthermore, increased ridership helps reduce congestion and is good for the environment by reducing emissions.

The City of Glendale invites the public to help reimagine the bus network in Glendale. Take the Glendale Transit Survey at GlendaleTRA.com.

Glendale Beeline operates nine fixed routes serving the cities of Glendale and La Cañada Flintridge and the unincorporated areas of La Crescenta and Montrose.
