Glendale, CA – Shining a light on the region’s growing tech and innovation sector, the City of Glendale is hosting Glendale Tech Week 2019 (GTW2019) from September 14-21, 2019. At the forefront of efforts to advance the city’s tech leadership is Glendale-based Phonexa, an “all-in-one” SaaS solution for call tracking, lead distribution, and email marketing. After joining the Tech Week family of sponsors at the Platinum level in 2018, Phonexa has snagged the Title sponsorship for 2019. As Glendale Tech Week’s top sponsor, Phonexa is sending a message that Glendale has established itself as the hub of tech and innovation in the region.

GTW2019 kicks off on Saturday, September 14 during the Open Arts & Music Festival with an immersive technology experience in the Alex Theatre Forecourt. This year, the week long event will continue to foster relationships between startups and funders, as well as employers and job-seekers, and will feature past Tech Week favorites including Pitchfest, several VC matchmaking events, a career expo hosted by the Verdugo Jobs Center, and a variety of talks, panels, mixers and networking events. Plus, back by popular demand is the Closing Party and Awards Reception.

Tech Week is an important part of the Glendale Tech Strategy, which was adopted by the Glendale City Council in 2017, as a way to develop the ecosystem of technology and innovation in Glendale and the surrounding region.
