Glendale Releases Annual Business Satisfaction Survey

GLENDALE, CA: The Annual Business Satisfaction Survey has been released and the City of Glendale’s Economic Development Division is seeking input from Glendale’s businesses and workforce to help businesses develop and prosper in the city. The brief survey is intended to provide a stronger understanding of the business community, their needs, and how to better serve the community. This survey can be accessed until April 20, 2020 by clicking on the link here.

Results from the 2019 survey found that 55% of businesses recently moved to the City of Glendale and have been in business for less than ten years. They chose to call Glendale home due to many factors such as the clean and inviting area, prime location, and access to amenities such as a multitude of living, dining and shopping options and top tier office spaces. In addition, 95% of these businesses are planning on staying in Glendale as they expand and hire more personnel in the next few years.

The survey is part of a larger strategy to support local businesses. Another component to this is proactively visiting businesses.
