Glendale, CA – On June 7th, 2021, at approximately 4:15 a.m., a patrol officer contacted a male, later identified as 50-year-old Younger Bonnot of Glassell Park, who appeared to be working on his parked car in a motel parking lot on the 1500 block of E Colorado St.

The officer asked Bonnot if the vehicle was his and Bonnot stated it was.  A records check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed the registration had been expired for over two years, however; the vehicle’s rear license plate had a false 2021 registration tab attached to it.  While speaking with Bonnot, the officer also noticed a methamphetamine pipe in plain view near the center console of Bonnot’s vehicle.  The officer also discovered that Bonnot was on probation for a narcotics related offense and that he had an outstanding warrant for displaying a false registration tab on a vehicle.

During a search of Bonnot’s vehicle, officers located multiple baggies of methamphetamine, a digital scale, methamphetamine pipes and empty plastic baggies. Bonnot was arrested and booked for multiple charges including possession of illegal drugs for sale, displaying a false registration tab on his vehicle and for violating the terms of his probation.
