Glendale Launches New Tourism Campaign,
“Discover Glendale – Your Home Away from Home”
(Glendale, CA) The City of Glendale’s Economic Development Division is proud to announce a brand new tourism initiative inviting regional, national, and international visitors to “Discover Glendale – Your Home Away from Home.” The campaign launches this winter with a full-page advertisement in the 2022-2023 Lakers Yearbook touting Glendale’s premier shopping, dining, lodging, and entertainment establishments. Local partners throughout Glendale and Montrose have agreed to provide exclusive discounts at ChooseGlendaleCa.com/discoverglendale. They include:

“As we look to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2028 Summer Olympics, we have a unique opportunity to promote Glendale to regional, national and international audiences,” said Bradley Calvert, Director of the Community Development Department. “As the 4th largest city in Los Angeles County, Glendale provides all the amenities of a world-class city along with a unique hometown vibe. We truly want to encourage visitors to discover our community and to think of it as their home away from home,” added Soua Vang, Deputy Director of Economic Development.
