Male Arrested for Possession and Several Outstanding Warrants

On April 16, 2022 just before midnight, Glendale PD patrol officers observed a male riding a bicycle with no lights affixed to it near the intersection of Chevy Chase Dr. and Wilson Ave. Upon contacting the male, identified as 37-year-old Arbi Mushganbaryan of Glendale, Mushganbaryan stated he had methamphetamine on his person. A subsequent search of a backpack Mushganbaryan was carrying produced a bag containing methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe, several tools, and identification belonging to another individual. During the investigation, officers discovered that Mushganbaryan had several warrants out for his arrest. Mushganbaryan was subsequently arrested and booked for possessing a controlled substance and unlawful paraphernalia, possessing burglary tools, identity theft, and his outstanding warrants.
