YWCA of Glendale: Domestic Violence Program

Protect survivors of domestics by promoting healthy lifestyle habits with the YWCA Health and Safety Checklist

The YWCA Domestic Violence Program (DVP) offers comprehensive, wraparound services that domestic violence victims and their children need to develop lasting independence from abusive situations. For over 30 years, YWCA DVP has offered a myriad of programs and services to move victims of domestic violence and their children away from their abusers and help them to develop lasting independence and self-sufficiency. Services offered by the program include case management for benefits, housing, therapy, and group sessions. In addition to restraining order assistance, the YWCA DVP has a legal team who provides help to clients with family law (divorce and child custody), immigration matters, and non-legal court accompaniment.
