Steps to Rent

Choose the event type, date & time.
Contact the appropriate office to check on availability and fees.
- Sports Office at (818) 548-6420 for field reservations at the Glendale Sports Complex, and all citywide fields, except Pacific Park
- Pacific Community Center (818) 548-4098 for field reservation requests at Pacific Park ONLY
Upon confirmation of availability of the facility, staff will email you a quote and reservation request form.
Complete the Field Reservation Request Form (also available at the top of this page), and return it to the location listed on the form.
Upon agreement, make arrangements with staff to finalize all permit requirements.
Two weeks prior to the event date, reach out to staff to discuss and finalize the plot plan, if applicable.

Be Prepared to Answer the Following

What sport is this for?
Is this for youth sports, or adult sports?
Are you flexible with your times or fields (i.e. is this a CIF game that requires a particular field, or are you flexible with when and where you practice – the more flexible you are, the more likely you are to get time).
How many people will attend your field use daily?
How much time will you need to warm-up prior to the start of your game/activity? Rental fees begin from the time you enter the field and end when you leave the facility after you clean-up.
Do you need additional tables and chairs for check-in or check-out?
Will you have amplified sound during your event?

Common Rules of Thumb

Reservations should be made two weeks prior to the day of your reservation.
Depending on your reservation, a refundable security deposit may apply.
Reservations times must include the customer’s set-up and clean-up time (including warm-up time).
Staff fees are based on the scope of the reservation at a facility, set-up, maintenance, and clean-up.
Customers will be responsible for the payment of tables and chairs.
Insurance may be required for your event. You may purchase your own insurance or via a vendor whose information we provide.
