The Glendale Relationship Initiation Team (GRIT) was launched by the City's Economic Development Division in 2018. It was created to ensure that businesses are satisfied with the City of Glendale and to identify and address areas of improvement. In an effort to establish an open line of communication and to gauge the satisfaction of our business community, City representatives, including members from the City Council, Economic Development Division, and Workforce Development Board, visit businesses on a monthly basis.

The City appreciates the businesses that Choose Glendale to call home. We want to ensure you stay and continue to grow here in Glendale.
