Public Works - Facilities Services Rockhaven Sanitarium Building Assessment Report (3-26-08)

"At the request of the Director of Public Works, the Facilities Services section inspected the buildings and structures at the Rockhaven Sanitarium in order to determine the integrity of the following systems: Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning). In addition, any observed Environmental and Safety hazards were noted on the report." (pg. 2)
