All waste haulers must hold a permit to operate in the city, as per Glendale Municipal Code 8.56.160.

The City established a franchise system, and non-franchised permitted haulers will be limited to providing temporary commercial collection services, such as required on construction and demolition projects.

Permitted haulers are required to:

• Apply for an annual permit before July 1 of that year
  • Annual Solid Waste Services Permit
• Pay quarterly fees to the City
  • Quarterly Reporting Form
