The Facilities Management Division (FMD) is responsible for the building maintenance and custodial services for the City facilities including the libraries, fire stations, the civic center complex, and parks facilities. Building maintenance includes HVAC maintenance, plumbing, painting, and locksmith services. Custodial services involve carpet cleaning, restroom maintenance, and general cleaning services.

FMD is also responsible for the management of planning, design, renovation and the construction of city buildings, structures, facilities, and parks related to the Capital Improvement Program.
