- Mariposa Street – Acacia Avenue to E. Chevy Chase Drive
- Boynton Street – Acacia Avenue to E. Palmer Avenue
- Fairmont Avenue – Concord Street to Chester Street
- Chester Street – Fairmont Avenue to Patterson Avenue
- Intersection of Loraine Street and Columbus Avenue
Scope of Work
- Selective removal/reconstruction/surface grinding of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt concrete pavement
- Placement of asphalt rubber hot mix pavement (ARHM) over asphalt leveling course
- Selective removal and repair of broken and damaged sidewalks, curbs, curbs and gutters, cross gutters, driveway approaches, local depressions, alley aprons and bus pads
- Installation of new curb ramps meeting current Federal ADA requirements
- Removal and planting of new trees and pruning of tree roots
- Adjustment of existing utilities to finished grade
- Removal and replacement of existing traffic striping and installation of new striping
- Modification of existing traffic signals
- Storm drain installation on Acacia Avenue
- Sanitary sewer improvements on Acacia Avenue
- Sewer and storm drain improvements on Concord Street
- Pedestrian and traffic improvements at the intersection of Loraine Street and Columbus Avenue
Construction Updates
April 3 – April 24: Contractor is working on traffic signal modifications.

Traffic Impacts
Lanes in all directions may be closed intermittently between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the following intersections:
- Concord Street and Glenoaks Boulevard
- Acacia Avenue and Verdugo Road
- Boynton Street and Chevy Chase Drive
