      Project Location

      The project location for Slurry Seal Installation is in Maintenance District 1 through 3. The project location for Crack Sealing is in various districts across the City. Please click HERE to view the project location map.

      Scope of Work

      The scope of the work for this project generally includes:

      • Selective removal/reconstruction of deteriorated pavement and placement of asphalt concrete pavement
      • Selective removal/reconstruction of Portland cement concrete pavement and placement of Portland cement concrete pavement
      • Asphalt concrete skin patching of deteriorated asphalt concrete pavement
      • Application of emulsion aggregate slurry (Slurry Seal Type II)
      • Application of crack sealing material
      • Removal and replacement of existing traffic striping and pavement marking
      • Selective removal, repair and reconstruction of damaged curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, and alley aprons, including disposal of asphalt and Portland cement concrete pavements

      Phase

      The Project is currently in construction.

      Construction Schedule

      Construction is scheduled from April 2024 thru August 2024 barring unforeseen circumstances.

      Construction Updates

      June 14 – July 15: Contractor is working on tree planting, asphalt repair, crack seal and slurry seal installation.

       June 17 and 18: Tree Installation at various streets.

      June 20-28: Asphalt Repair, Crack Sealing, and Tree Installation various locations

      June 24 – July 2: Striping Removal and Surface Preparation for Slurry Seal Installation
