Project Location

The project is located on San Fernando Road between Alameda Avenue and Grandview Avenue as shown in the Project Location Map.

  Scope of Work

  • Surface grinding and placement of approximately 1.6 centerline miles of asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM).
  • Selective removal, repair, and reconstruction of damaged curbs and gutters, sidewalks, driveways, cross gutters, alley aprons, and bus pads.
  • Modification and reconstruction of approximately existing curb ramps to meet current ADA standards.
  • Adjustment of existing manholes and water meters to finished grade.
  • Removal and replacement of existing traffic striping and pavement markings.
  • Improve intersections with curb extensions or refuge islands for pedestrian safety.
  • Planting of new street trees.
  • Installation of drywells and bioswales.
  • Bus stop improvements.
  • Traffic signal modifications and upgrades.
