Scope of Work

• The project scope includes preparing the Project Study Report - Project Report/Noise Barrier Sound Study Report and Preliminary Environmental Assessment Report as a prerequisite for determining feasibility and constructability of the soundwalls and completing a subsequent design.

Project Status 

• The project is in a pre-design phase. The preliminary soundwall layout started in July 2020. A field scoping to identify the soundwall locations will start in mid-October 2020.

• The 210 Freeway Soundwall Construction Project will take place along the 210 Freeway between Lowell Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, in both the east and west bound directions.
