Lottery Results Released for Round 2 of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP-C19)

The Glendale City Council made available Round 2 funding to help those facing financial hardship due to COVID-19. Low-income renters were given the opportunity to apply for funding. Because the program was oversubscribed, a random lottery was conducted by an independent third party vendor.

Staff reviewed and certified the list and have posted the results. Funding for the program was allocated through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) for Community Development Block Grant – Coronavirus (“CDBG-CV”).

Please note that selection in the lottery does not guarantee that your application is qualified. Each applicant being considered for housing assistance will be interviewed and will be required to demonstrate their eligibility to adhere to all of the guidelines of the project. Because funding for this program is federal, applicants are subject to additional restrictions; therefore, applicants who were selected in the lottery will continue to be further screened by the City.

Full lottery results for the program you applied for may be viewed below. You can review results by lottery Position Number or by Reference Number of your application.  If the Reference Number associated with your application does not appear on these lists, then you were not selected in the lottery.

ROUND 2 APPLICATION PERIOD IS CLOSED
The Application portal opened on January 11, 2021 at 12:00 PM and closed January 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM.

The application period to apply for the City of Glendale’s Emergency Rental Assistant COVID-19 Program Round 2 has closed. An independent third party will conduct a lottery of all the submissions received and the results will be made public.  The City will contact those on the list, in the order selected, to collect verification documents.
