The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban development as its 2024 Fair Market Rents (FMRs). As a result, effective December 1, 2023, the City of Glendale Housing Authority will adjust its Housing Choice Voucher Payment Standard as follows:

Additionally, the GHA will reference the following chart in determining the appropriate voucher size and subsidy standard for a family. Subsidy standard is the voucher size that is used to determine rent.
