MULTI-FAMILY REHABILITATION LOAN PROJECTS

After a multi-family loan project is completed, the project is monitored annually to ensure that the tenant rent and income complies with the terms of the loan agreement.  Below are links to the current income and rents (listed by funding source) and the forms used during this process.
